Privacy / Your information
A clear note about your information.
This notice explains how Jevgenija Prochoryceva handles personal information when you visit this site or send a fit-check enquiry.
Last updated: October 2026
Information I collect
If you complete the fit-check form, I receive the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, a company website or LinkedIn profile, your description of a business situation, its impact, patterns you have noticed, what you have tried, what would count as a resolution, your authority to make changes, why you are looking at it now, and your willingness to consider your own role. Optional answers are voluntary.
This website does not ask you to send private email, WhatsApp or Slack threads, calendar screenshots, or extensive confidential evidence at the initial fit-check stage.
Why I use it and the lawful basis
I use the information you submit to understand your enquiry, decide whether the problem is something I may be able to help with, and respond about possible next steps. Where you ask me to assess your enquiry with a view to potentially working together, I rely on the UK GDPR lawful basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a possible contract. For limited related business-administration purposes, where appropriate, I may rely on my legitimate interests in managing and responding to genuine business enquiries, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. I do not use fit-check information for newsletters, advertising or unrelated marketing.
Who processes the information
The fit-check form is provided through Google Forms. When you submit it, Google processes information under its own service terms and privacy information. I also rely on service providers to operate the website and handle business communications where needed. I do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers may process or store information in countries outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer applies, the relevant provider’s transfer terms and safeguards are relied on as required by applicable data protection law. For details about Google’s processing, please consult Google’s current privacy information.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to review and respond. If an enquiry does not progress, I periodically review it and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. If we work together, I keep relevant business records for as long as needed to provide and manage that work and afterward only as required for applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, ask me to correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, or request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, email prochoryceva@gmail.com. I may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Cookies and this website
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking at launch. If you follow the Google Forms link, Google’s own services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under Google’s settings and notices.
Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact me first so I can try to address it. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where applicable. See ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint for current guidance.
